These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Burj al Sahara Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our services you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services covered
Burj al Sahara Tours provides luxury private ride-hailing, chauffeur services, airport transfers, all-day hire, city tours, hotel booking, tourism services (desert safaris, marina tours), and group transport solutions across the UAE, with a focus on Dubai.
2. Booking & confirmation
All bookings require a confirmed reservation via our website, email, phone, or corporate account.
We will send booking confirmation with service details, pricing, vehicle type, pickup time and contact details. Keep this confirmation for reference.
Special requests (child seats, waiting time, meet-and-greet, language preferences) should be specified at booking. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill requests but cannot guarantee availability unless confirmed.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted in the currency shown at time of booking and exclude any applicable taxes, tolls, parking, and additional service fees unless specified.
Payment methods accepted: major credit/debit cards, corporate invoicing (approved accounts), bank transfers. Full or partial prepayment may be required for certain services or group bookings.
For corporate accounts we may invoice per agreed billing terms.
4. Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and modification policies are specified at time of booking. Non-refundable or discounted rates may have stricter refund terms.
For airport transfers, please notify us at least 24 hours before pickup to avoid cancellation fees. Group and event bookings may require deposit and carry separate cancellation penalties. See your booking confirmation for exact policy.
5. Flight delays & waiting time
We monitor flights for scheduled arrivals. Free waiting time is 15 mins for standard airport pickups; additional waiting time is chargeable.
For delays beyond 15 mins, additional fees may apply if the flight has landed and the chauffeur is waiting.
6. Group bookings & events
Group bookings (coaches, multiple vehicles) require minimum lead times and coordination. We provide group coordinators and detailed movement plans.
Large events may require deposits, signed agreements, and adherence to event venue policies.
7. Passenger conduct & responsibility
Clients are responsible for the behavior of passengers. Damage or excessive cleaning will be charged to the booking holder.
8. Safety & limitations of liability
We use licensed vehicles and trained drivers. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by UAE law. We are not liable for events outside our control.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for loss, damage, or cancellations due to unforeseen events.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic-related measures, and airspace closure.
10. Insurance & third parties
Vehicles are insured as required by law. Certain third-party activities (e.g., yacht charters, desert activities) may be subject to separate supplier terms and insurance; clients should review those supplier terms.
11. Privacy & data use
Personal data collected during booking is used to provide services and for operational, billing, and regulatory purposes. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
12. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai (or nominated jurisdiction). Disputes should first be raised with our customer service. If unresolved, parties may seek mediation or legal resolution under UAE law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via our website or direct communication. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
